Nellie Klips

Nellie and her husband Jack owned and operated the White Swan Bakery in Thunder Bay for many years.

Nellie was devoted to her family, later moving to Winnipeg to be with us.

She loved gardening as well as cooking her special Ukrainian dishes. She loved to knit and do puzzles.

She is survived by her son George (Susan) Klips; grandchildren Ryan (Carrie) Klips, and Lori (Glen) Jede; great grandchildren Meghan and Taylor Jede and Lauren and Blake Klips,

as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Jack, daughter Carol Van Horne; granddaughter Jacqueline Cooper; brothers Orest, Mark and Louis; sisters Helen, Louise and Corey.

The service for Nellie will be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Quiring officiating.
