The funeral service was held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 in the Windthorst Community Rec. Centre, Windthorst, SK with Curtis and Bonnie Szakacs officiating. Interment in Windthorst cemetery.
Ethel was predeceased by her parents, her husband Peter, son-in-law Craig Swallow, brother Doug Roggeveen, sister-in-law Myrna Roggeveen, brother-in law Ernie Ring and brother-in-law Brian Simms.
Ethel is survived by her daughters; Marie Swallow (Allan Hayhurst) and Ruth (Don)Seidlitz her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Travis, Janelle and Oakin Swallow, Ryan Tiffany and Harper and Griffin Swallow, Dustin Kaly and Zoey and Lincoln Swallow, Dane Seidlitz, Kalie and Mackenzie Seidlitz, her step-grandchildren and step- great-grandchildren: Mark, Michelle and Casey (Kane McGonigal) and Jayce Hayhurst, Kevin Hayhurst, Amber Gessel and Motley and Everest Hayhurst-Gessell, Colleen Les and Nate and James Parker.
She is also survived by her siblings: Marinus (Helen) Roggeveen, Beatrice (Robert) Stevenson, Allan (Jeanette) Roggeveen, Doris Ring Margaret Simms and numerous nieces and nephews.
