Bronnie Odell Kirby, age 88 of Dunn, died on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at Cornerstone Nursing and Rehab in Dunn.

Bronnie was born on October 12, 1931 in Sampson County the son of the late Arthur Kirby and Dora Tew Kirby and is preceded in death by his son, Thomas Gerald Kirby and grandson Matt Kirby and a sister, Polly Collier.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 23, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Suarez officiating. Mr. Kirby will be entombed Tuesday, May 26,2020 at 2:00 pm in Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh.

He is survived by his sons: Donnie Earl Kirby & (wife) Donna of Clayton; Marvin Kirby & (wife) Anita of Raleigh.

A Daughter: Rose Marie Chase of Raleigh.

4 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren

Sisters: Peggy Pope & (husband) Windley of Dunn; Faye Kirby of Springfield, Mo.; Frances Cobb & (husband) Gary of Mountain City, TN; Doris Weaver & (husband) Garland of Benson.

Many Nieces and Nephews

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 23, 2020 from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn One hour prior to the service.
