It was a pleasure to work and collaborate on projects with Greg. He was a great at his job. I learned a lot in the short time period of time I knew him. 

Rest easy Sir, you will be missed!

I will always remember Greg as being part of my early recovery  from addiction. Greg and others I met showed that sobriety could also be a lot of fun. We rode motorcycles together, drank coffee late into the night and shared many laughs and practical jokes. The one I remember best is when Mick set Greg's pager to go off every 5 minutes.  I was Greg's partner for a short time in the home remodeling field. We spent a lot of time going to lunch meetings, but we also worked hard. I will always remember Greg as being there as an example of how good life could be without alcohol. I will miss you Greg.

Fond memories of a place far away, at the Adriatic Sea, Budva, Montenegro.  Greg was the Project General Contracting Manager of a two million dollar project.  He was the ANGEL of a Man!  You will be missed so dearly!

Uncle Greg was a true gem. His sensitivity (and spirituality) combined with his pragmatism and ‘no-nonsense’ mentality made him a loving man, but one whom everyone took quite seriously… --- Even though, he himself, was goofy actually most of the time and he had the amazing ability to not take himself so seriously. I always respected him because he commanded it without even trying. He is still the strongest person per cubic inch I know, and as a little kid he seemed invincible and fun and just capable of anything.

Whenever we speak it’s like no time has passed even though there were years when we didn’t see one another. We, of course, talk ‘shop’ since I’m an architect and he’s always worked in construction/building. As I sit here in utter shock of his death (he was the baby of his siblings), I’m looking around - my newborn, first born, son (less than 2 weeks old) is sleeping on my lap, and I currently have to temper my news intake as my hormonal state can only process so much each day. Reflecting on Uncle Greg and our relationship motivates me to rethink how we, as Americans, talk to one another, learn from each other, and how we - like family - have the capacity for unconditional love, patience, and also ultimate respect even while disagreeing. Today I will try and be a little lighter and laugh a little more because I learned those things from Uncle Greg - to not take myself so seriously all the time (even though I sound serious). I’ll do this today as my heart feels especially heavy right now. I love you Uncle Greg. Rest in Peace.

With a newborn, I will not be able to make it to Baltimore during these pandemic times - but, look forward to celebrating Uncle Greg in the coming days. Love to you, Luke. And, look forward to our 'virtual zoom' soon Kenneth (Dad), Ken, Courtney, Abby, Mary, Gabe <3 <3 <3 I believe we are all with one another in spirit right now.

My condolences to all of Greg's family and friends....Although I haven't seen him much since high school, we shared many good times then and I have fond memories of the two of us just laughing at about everything and about nothing at all....We also shared the same hair style, so we were like brothers, literally speaking, LMAO....May you RIP my Brother..... 

Greg is most surely going to be missed, he was exceptional in his work and so much fun to be around. I am deeply saddened by his passing and still hear his fantastic voice from our last call. My deepest sympathies to his family 

LHRS Class of 75 has lost another classmate. Greg will always be remembered for both his big smile and heart . Glad were able to reconnect last year. Prayers to the Knapp family .
