Robert Nolan Young

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Loflin Funeral Home, 212 West Swannanoa Avenue, Liberty, officiated by Rev. Jeff Garner. The family will receive friends after the service.

Nolan was the son of the late Vertice and Bercha Voncannon Young. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Stanford Young; sister, Helen Hnielika; and brother, Stanford Young.

He leaves behind his daughters, Sherry Lowe and husband, John, Vicky Richardson and husband, Mike, and Debby Young; grandchildren, Melissa Geiger and Kristy Johnson; and great-grandchildren, Kyra Geiger and Sebastyen Johnson, and grand-dog, Razor.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Olivet Wesleyan Church, 1093 Mt. Olivet Church Road, Liberty, NC 27298 or Randolph Hospice House, 446 Vision Drive, Asheboro, NC 27203.
