Woodrow "Boy" S. Riffey Jr., age 73 of Knoxville, TN went home to be with the Lord Monday, June 7, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He never met a stranger, loved to make people laugh, adored his wife and loved his family and grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by father, Woodrow S. Riffey Sr and daughter, Marsha Riffey Smith.
Boy is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Brenda Riffey; sons, Woodrow "Woody" Riffey III, Chad (Cherilyn) Riffey, Durk Riffey, Curtis Riffey, Josh (April) Hunter; mother, Clara Riffey; sisters, Regina, Marsha, Anna, Paula; brother, William "Sandy" Riffey; grandchildren, Shelby, Ceara, Jacob, Grace, Anna, Mitchell, Devan, Catlyn, Amanda, Lillian, Curstian, Joe, Amber; great grandchildren, Braden, Olivia, Kimberly, Skyler, Ethan, Adelyn, Allie and Little Josh.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 10, 2021 between the hours of 5:00pm-7:00pm in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 11, 2021, 11:00am, Berry Funeral Home and follow in procession to Woodlawn Cemetery, 4500 Woodlawn Pike for an Interment Service officiated by Pastor Becky Milligan.
