Steven Lee Westbay, age 62, of Chowchilla, California passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Steven was born July 23, 1959 to Juda and Gaylord Westbay.

Steven is survived by his wife of 40 years, Debra Westbay; his daughters Tara Hoffknecht (William), Brandi Mayes (Christopher); his brother Donald Westbay (Annette Flores) and his sister Sandra Best; his 3 grandchildren.

Steven was preceded in death by his father Gaylord Westbay and his mother Juda Westbay; his brother William Cole.
