R. V. Stapler

R. V. Stapler, age 84, of Sterling Heights, Michigan, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020. He is the beloved husband of Cheryl Stapler; Dear father of Linda Solheim (Bob), Jimmy Stapler (Ingrid), Bobby Stapler (Sue), Caron Winovitch (Glenn), Jodi Victory (Jason), and Aaron Grauert, and dear father-in-law of Keith Malone; Cherished grandfather of Stephanie and Jonathon Solheim, Shaina Malone, Alycia Malone-Tefft, Kaitlyn and Nicole Stapler, Justen Snow, Nick, Chris, and Kate Mercer, Kennedy Tillman, Faith and Delaney Victory, and Zach and Ben Grauert. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Sandy Malone.

A visitation for R.V. will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020 from 2-8 PM at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, MI 48038. A private burial service with the family will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
