Luella Bartsch, age 97, of Fresno, California passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020. Luella was born October 3, 1922 in Southern Delta, MN to Henry and Agatha Bartsch.

After graduating from Fresno State University and Fuller Seminary, she taught in the Over Seas Training Program for 25 years in the Sudan Interior Ministries in Monrovia, Liberia. When she returned to the United States, she taught for California Institute of Technology before retiring. She was also a member of Society of International Ministries.

Luella is survived by brothers Alvin and Harry Bartsch and sister Ruth White.

Luella was preceded in death by siblings Johnny Bartsch; Esther Pecota and Edward Bartsch.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 9:00 am Fresno Memorial Gardens,

175 S. Cornelia Ave, Fresno.
