He was preceded in death by his mother, Carmen Munoz and brother, Clemente Saldana.
He is survived by his father, Efren Rangel; beloved wife of 24 years, Yolanda G. Rangel; children, Lorena, Arthur Jr., and Samantha; grandchildren, Ariel, Julie, Albert Jr., Jeremiah, A'Killes and Ismael; siblings, Ralph (Eva), Becky (Gilbert), Norma (Alphonse), Efren Jr (Cyndi) and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many friends.
A few of Tudy's passions were to bar-b-que, the Dallas Cowboys the SA Spurs, classic cars and cooking.
A visitation will be held Thursday, January 14, 2021, at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service to be held at 7:00 p.m. A Chapel service will be held on Friday, January 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. with a procession to follow for interment at El Carmen Cemetery.
