Veronica Lynne Schroder

Veronica Schroder (Lewiski) passed away suddenly on October 28, 2018 at the age of 69 years. It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we say goodbye to our cherished and loved wife, mother, sister, auntie, grandmother and friend. She is predeceased by parents Steve and Mary Lewiski and brother Jerry. She is survived by her loving family; husband John of 40 years, her sisters Elaine (John Hall), Debbie Lewiski and sister in law Lorraine Lewiski (Jerry), two children John Schroder (Renee) and Frank Schroder (Teresa), four grandchildren Logan and Caylee (Frank/ Karen Schroder), Ellen and Laurel (John/Renee Schroder), and many nephews and nieces. Veronie was a dedicated teacher for over 30 years, loved life; family and flowers; enjoyed cooking and will be remembered for her love and care for all those around her. A celebration mass for Veronie will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 5210 – 50 Street, Barrhead, Alberta. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in Veronie’s honor to the Cross Cancer Institute or the Mazankowski Heart Institute.
