Obituary of Eleana Hall
Eleana Najmy Hall was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 10, 1970. Eleana was very precocious as a young child and was a strong little girl with 4 older brothers. Her brothers reluctantly admit that she was the most athletic of the siblings. Eleana was a beautiful and caring person her entire life. She left an astounding impact on all who met her. People were inspired by Eleana’s unique gift to blend faith, intellect, compassion, strength, beauty, and glamour all at once. Eleana met her soul mate and husband, Greg Hall, in 1998 and they married in 1999. Together they had two sons, Benjamin in 2001 and Samuel in 2003. Eleana and Greg’s love for each other was apparent and profound. Eleana and Greg were very active in the community and together founded and grew Hall Architects in downtown Sarasota. Eleana was a lifelong member of St. Martha Catholic Church and was a devoted servant to God. She volunteered at Easter Seals in Sarasota. Eleana graduated from St. Martha Grammar School and then Cardinal Mooney High School in 1988. She received her BS in Finance from the University of Florida in 1992 and her Masters in Accounting from USF in 1994. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1995. Eleana was always surrounded by and cared deeply for her very large family: Parents, William and Josephine Najmy, brothers and sisters-in-law, Joseph and Barbara Najmy, Stephen and Rochelle Najmy, George and Sandra Najmy, and Louis and Cristina Najmy. Her 13 nieces and nephews are: William, Alexa, Brittany, Emily, Alison, Victoria, Natalie, Justin, Zoe, Molly, and Sara Najmy and Ashley and Sean Hall. Eleana has one great niece and one great nephew, Clementine (Aisy) Najmy and Michael Anthony Cucci, Jr. Along with her immediate family, Eleana married into the wonderful Hall family: father-in-law and mother-in-law, Chuck and Jean Hall as well as brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jeff and Jane Hall and Mark and Suzanne Stout. Eleana, we love you forever!
