Marianne Koza

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Marianne Koza on April, 3, 2019, at Holland Christian Homes, Brampton, in her 94 th year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley (2003). Loving mother of Erica (Don) McDonald. Proud Oma of Michael (Kaitlin) and Madison. Long-time member of the St. Joseph’s CWL. Predeceased by her parents Katarina and Michael Schäfer and brother Balthazer. Marianne enjoyed her garden, travelling, cooking, being with friends, playing with her grandchildren and telling her life stories. With great appreciation, the family would like to thank the staff of Holland Christian Homes for their wonderful care. The family will receive friends at the“THORPE BROTHERS’ FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL”, 96 West St., on Tuesday,April, 9, 2019 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 235 Brant Ave., on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 10am. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimers Foundation or St. Joseph’s Church Scholarship Fund would be appreciated by the family. “Auf Wiedersehen”
