Concetta Ambrosio

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and Nonna, Concetta on October 6, 2019 at the age of 85. She was born in Morrone del Sannio, Italy on September 10, 1934. Predeceased by her loving husband, Giuseppe, her parents, Raffaele and Giuseppina, her brothers, Angelo Michele, Domenico, Gabriele, Francesco and her sister, Maria and her brother-in-law, Alberto (Maria). She will be deeply missed by her children, Rosina (Jim) and Michele; grandchildren, Kristen and Jolene. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Maria (Michelino), Giovannina and her brother-in-law, Angelo (Elena) and many nieces, nephews and close family that she loved so much. Concetta touched the hearts of so many. Family and friends meant everything to her. Our love for you will go on forever and you will always be in our hearts. We'll never forget you and feel blessed that we had you in our lives to love and guide us. Prayers will be offered on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 525 Slocan Street, Vancouver. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at the Abby Mausoleum Ocean View Burial Park, Burnaby, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation.
