Edgar James Snider

Edgar James Snider September 10th, 1939 – January 10th, 2019 It is with profound sadness that the family of Edgar J. Snider announces his passing on January 10th, 2019 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital in his 80th year. Predeceased by his parents Edgar A. Snider (1983) and Edith Snider nee Beddows (2007). Edgar is survived by his wife Barbara Snider. Beloved Father of James(Cathy), Sue (Chris), Kevin (Arina Sporova), and Alanna (Whitney). Proud Grandfather of 7 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren. Survived by Sister Donelda Harding (Alan), Brother Ken (Wendy), Sister In-law Susan Atkinson (Wayne) & Lynn Rickert (Cory). Edgar will be missed and remembered by many nieces and nephews. As per the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Edgar’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 126 on Saturday, January 12th from 12pm to 3pm. Donations towards the Diabetes Association or The Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
