John Leonard Martin

Martin, John Leonard Passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, March 19th, 2019 in his 83rd year. He is survived by his wife Lorraine, his daughter Krista Cole (Bryan) and his sons Owen (Marcey) and Ross (Dawn), his grandchildren Dillon, Devin, Davis, Delaney, Dakota, Melissa, Matthew, and Zachary. John is also survived by his brother Wayne (Barb) and many nieces and nephews. John acted as head of the history department at Southwood Secondary School for 27 years. He enjoyed researching Royal genealogy. He loved travelling in Canada and abroad-bus and river cruises. There will be a memorial service at Cedar Hill United Church- 241 Cedar Street, Cambridge on Saturday, April 6th at 1pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Cedar Hill United Church, Diabetes Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
