Mary E. Heath

Mary Etta Heath – 86, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Rev. Clarence Petty and Cecile Gardenhire Petty. She was preceded in death by her sister, Erma Ruth Williams. Mary was a native of Chattanooga and was the former secretary at Silverdale Baptist Church. She was a member of Ridgedale Baptist Church and the Friendship Sunday School Class. Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Robert M. Heath, two children, Amy Rogers (Jack), Benjamin F. Heath, three grandsons, Will Rogers (Michele), Allen M. Heath, Dylan T. Heath, and nephew, Eddie Williams. A graveside memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 26th, 2019, at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Dr. Bill Owens officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2019, at the funeral home.
