Gilbert J. White

Gilbert J. White, age 60, of Medina, peacefully passed away on August 12, 2019. He was born in Charleston, West Virginia, the beloved son of Dorma (Sammy D., deceased) Shaffer (nee Taylor) and the late Arni White; devoted fiancé of Patricia “Pat” Czifrak; dear father of Greg, Pamela and Priscilla White; loving brother of Sammy Shaffer; adored uncle K.C. Shaffer, Joey Shaffer and Samantha Shaffer; loving companion to Chloe and Smokey. Gil enjoyed singing rock n roll and country music and was a karaoke DJ at many places throughout the Cleveland area and later the Brunswick area. His hobbies included fishing wherever there was a water hole and playing in the men’s league football. He most enjoyed the time spent with his family and the many memories they created. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 16. 2019 from 4PM-6PM at the Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 14768 Lorain Rd., Cleveland, 44111, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 6PM.
