Edward "Ted" Aldridge

Peacefully surrounded by his family at Lakeridge Health Ajax Pickering on Sunday June 23, 2019 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Mary for 60 years. Dear dad of Cheryl (Charlie) Black, and Veronica Kim (John) Wilson. Cherished grandfather of Jessica (Paul), Missy, Beth-Mary and great grandfather of Charlotte. Visitation will be held at COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1587 Highway #2, Courtice (905-432-8484) on Wednesday June 26, 2019 from 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at CHRIST MEMORIAL ANGLICAN CHURCH (81 Hillcroft Street, Oshawa) Thursday June 27, 2019 at 11 a.m. with one hour visitation prior to the service at the church. Burial to follow at Mount Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Christ Memorial Anglican Church or Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre Durham would be appreciated.
