Ruby Hazel Bailey

Ruby Hazel Bailey of Crane Hill passed away September 5, 2019 at the age of 98. She was born in Crane Hill July 11, 1921 to William S. and Lula Wood Sharpton. She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Hersel H. Bailey, her parents, 2 sons Earl G. Bailey, William S. Bailey, 5 sisters and 5 brothers. Mrs. Bailey was a member of Valley Springs Baptist Church and she was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Funeral services are Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Blackwood officiating. Interment will follow services in Bowman Chapel Cemetery. Survivors are: son Ronald K. (Anita) Bailey, brother Dalton (Geraldine) Sharpton, daughters-in-law Geraldine Bailey, Sharon Bailey, grandchildren Annette (Steve) Farr, Debra (David) Scott, Anthony (Tracy) Bailey, Russell (Kelly) Bailey, Shannon (Adam) Armstrong, Seth (Britney) Bailey, Scotty Bailey, 18 great grandchildren, 26 great great grandchildren, 3 great great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and other family. Visitation is Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. at Moss Funeral Home.
