McKAY, Richard – 63 of Dartmouth. We regret to announce the passing of Richard on December 2, 2018 in Glasgow Hall. Born in Halifax, he was the son of the late Maurice and Mary Rose (McKenzie) McKay. He is survived by his two sisters, Barbara McCann and Elaine (David) Negus, eight nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Junior and Kenny. Cremation has taken place.
