Lynn Marjorie Kanak

Lynn was born in Calgary, Alberta and grew up on a farm in Cutknife, Saskatchewan. She moved to Edmonton where she met Mike and they were married October 5th, 1991 in Las Vegas. Lynn worked 31 years at the University of Alberta Hospital in the admitting department in Emergency where she formed a special bond with her co-workers. Lynn is lovingly remembered by Mike, her husband of 28 years and her siblings; sisters Debbie and Diane; her brother Greg; and her nieces and nephews Jorin, Trevor, Tyler, Amber (Jordan); and two great nieces and a great nephew. Also cherishing her memory are Mike’s children Kevin (Heather), Sandra (John), Sherry (Tom) Carla (Greg) and grandchildren Brayden, Matthew and Ryan. Lynn was predeceased by her parents Ethel and Bob Sampson. Lynn loved her family and friends and took great pleasure in the little things of life. She will be remembered for her kind, compassionate and caring spirit.There are no words to describe how much she will be missed by all those who knew her.
