Ted D. Uhde

Ted D. Uhde, 65, of Evansville, IN passed away Monday, July 15, 2019. He was born on April 26, 1954 to the late Clarence E. and Dorothy L. Uhde. Ted worked at Arkla, Stocker’s Landscaping, St. Paul’s UCC, Wesselman’s and Wal-Mart. He loved fishing, hot rod cars, cats and gardening. He is survived by brother, Brian (Karla) Uhde; sister, Susan (Mike) Parker; several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family wishes to express sincerest thanks to the staff at Parkview Care Center for the wonderful care and many kindnesses extended to Ted. A special thanks to the staff of unit 2900 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital for the truly amazing care and compassion given to Ted and his family. Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Alexander West Chapel with burial at a later date in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit 11:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers and other gifts, memorial contributions may be made to Another Chance for Animals, 2808 N.
