Joyce Brown

Joyce Marguerite Kelley Brown, 100, passed away June 4, 2019 in Katy, Texas. She was born September 20, 1918 in Salina, Kansas to Edward Kelley and Lucy Adams Kelley. Joyce had many favorite activities such as swimming, playing golf and tennis. She loved entertaining, having bridge parties, and she loved her friends. Joyce taught Sunday school, went to church every Sunday, and was a member of the Eastern Star. She loved her family very much especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Joyce is survived by her daughter Christi Garza and husband Anthony M. Garza, grandchildren Anthony Steven Reynolds, II, Aaron Garza, Patrick Garza; great-grandchildren Grant Reynolds, Grayson Reynolds and Violet Garza, and numerous cousins. She will be missed every day. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joyce’s honor to Harbor Foundation C/O Ruby Zarbenetta, In honor of Joyce Brown, 19980 Kirby, Houston, Texas 77045.
