Harold Eugene Tedrow
November 26, 1928 – June 8, 2019

• Harold Tedrow was a life long resident of Kansas City. Only declining health required him to spend his last year in Winston Salem NC so that his nephew and needs family could provide for his medical care.
• He was born on November 26, 1928
• His parents were Homer and Elizabeth
• He graduated from Wyandotte HS
• He followed Floyd, his older brother into a career as a printer
• He retired from Henry Wurst Company Printing Company in 1992
• He served his country as a Combat Engineer in Company B of the Missouri Army National Guard from 1948 to 1957
• In 1950 he married Lucille, the love of his life. She was not the girl next door - but she was from the same neighborhood.
• He was an avid sportsman - he loved hunting and fishing
• He was also an active ham radio operator and proudly displayed his call letters on his license plate
• He and Lucille traveled around the United States and overseas. They documented their travels with plenty photos and videos
• Sadly cancer claimed his beloved Lucille in 1997.
• He developed a love of dancing and would attend dances 2 or 3 times a week.
• He also enjoyed meeting with his friends at the local library to discuss the stock market and investing
• He led a long active life with many friends and loving family.
