IN THE CARE OF
Palm Southwest Mortuary
Julio “July” Badong Novero, 69, returned to his heavenly home on June 4, 2019 after a valiant battle with cancer. His firm belief in God and his dedication to his family supported him in his struggle and ultimately gave him peace.
Julio was born to the late Julio Sr. and Amelina Novero in Manapla, Philippines, on August 7, 1949. He later graduated with a masters degree in business administration. He moved to Manila, where he met and married the love of his life and best friend, Dr. Mercy Miranda. The two love-birds married on April 11, 1981. They provided a loving and warm home for their three children, Marc, Jeff, and Marie. The entire family later migrated to the United States in 1992.
Julio was very vibrant, jubilant, and full of energy; his presence was always felt inside a room. He was also extremely selfless, generous and very devoted to his family. He dedicated much of his time serving the Lord and has touched many lives through his apostolic work. He is dearly missed by his loved ones, who celebrate that he is at peace with his creator.
Julio is survived by his wife, Mercy Novero; his sons Marc Novero and Jeff Novero; his daughter Marie Watt; his daughters in law Tiffany Novero and Marissa Novero, and his son in law Michael Watt; his grandchildren Tahlia Novero, Elijah Watt, Aurelius Novero, Jameson Novero, Charlotte Watt, plus one more to arrive; his sisters Letty Valencia and Lita Novero.
