Robert Martin Zacher

Robert (Bob) Zacher (70) passed away unexpectedly on January 16, 2019 at his home in Thorsby AB. He is survived by his loving wife Jackie of 52 years; his 3 children Tracy Pippard, Leanne Schwartz (Ray) and Kevin Zacher (Stephanie); as well as 9 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren; loving Brother Jerry Zacher, Brother and Sister Ross and Denice Pharis and family. He was a wonderful loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed dearly by all that knew him. The family would like to thank the support they received from the Thorsby RCMP, Fire Dept, EMS and victim services. Bob had a magical spirit about him that will never be forgotten. No funeral services will be held at the very strong request of Bob. The family has requested, instead of flowers (although appreciated) please forward a donation in Bob’s name to the Thorsby Senior Centre, Box 145 Thorsby AB T0C 2P0.
