Josephine Millie Brunker

Josephine M. Brunker, 93, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018. She was a former floral designer for Parkway Florist and a member of Beechland Baptist Church. Josephine was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Brunker, a son, Gerald Brunker; and three sisters. Survivors include her daughter, Donna Schlichter (Mark); sons Nathan Brunker (Lora) and Nelson Brunker (Chris); 4 grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 Thursday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 3-8 pm Wednesday. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
