Gerald William Tremblay

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Gerald (Jerry) Tremblay at the age of 75. Jerry passed away in peace the morning of June 24th,2018 at Mission Memorial Hospital. Jerry was born in Innisfail Alberta January 10,1943. He married the love of his life Joanne and settled in Mission where they raised their 3 sons. He was a long-standing member of the Mission business community. Jerry’s second love was fishing, and enjoyed many a day on North Barrier Lake. He never met a “Kokanee” that he didn’t like. Jerry is survived by his loving wife Joanne, his 3 sons, Randy (Colleen), Chris, Brent, and daughter Shelley. He is also remembered by his sister Elda (Bill), brothers Nick (Ella), Larry, Eddie(Jill), his 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is reunited with his parents Arthur and Madeline (Swain) Tremblay, brothers Clifford, Duncan, Autry and sister Myrtle. The family would like to thank Dr. Andy Edelson and the nurses on the 2nd floor Mission Memorial Hospital for their kindness and care.
