Catherine Mitchell Ducote

Catherine Mitchell DuCote, age 79, of Mobile, Alabama passed away on Tuesday June 11, 2019. Catherine was born December 4, 1939 in Mobile, Alabama. Mrs. DuCote was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Eric DuCote and her parents, Fintan and Nathalie Mitchell. She was a graduate of Springhill College and worked at Mobile Infirmary as a medical technologist. She also had the distinction of serving as an Azalea Trail Maid. She was very involved as a parent with dance, band and scouting for many years Surviving are her children, Lawrence Eric “Rick” (Cathy Davis) DuCote, Jr., Fintan Mitchell “Mitch” (Mollie) DuCote and Cathy DuCote (John) Cieutat; grandchildren, Josh, Alyssa, Jack, Wyatt and Delia; and numerous other relatives. A memorial mass will be held at St Mary’s Catholic church Tuesday June 18th. Visitation 10a.m. Mass at 11.
