Caterina Carello

Caterina was born in 1946 in Chiaravalle Italy, a small southern village in province of Cantenzaro. She moved to Toronto in the late 1960s after marrying her sweetheart from the same town, Antonio Carello. Caterina will be remembered and cherished forever by her two sons Nick and Peter and her daughter Teresa and will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Pardiss, Pariya and Anthony. Caterina lived her life by putting others first and always there to lend a hand. You could find her in her kitchen making pasta, bread or perfecting a cookie recipe. In the summer she loved taking care of her vegetable garden and then sharing the fruits of her labour. Everyone that knew Caterina will truly miss her compassion and generosity towards others. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
