Charles "Chip" D. Francis

BREWSTER – Charles D. “Chip” Francis of Brewster, MA passed away on August 28th, 2019 in Montreal, Quebec CA. He is survived by his wife Christine Q. Francis, his three children, Tyler, Sasha and Haleigh, his mother Anna Coderre and his sister Cynthia Poorman. He is predeceased by his father Charles Francis and his sisters, Charlene Francis and Sheila DeNino. Charles’s extended family include his mother-in-law, Theodora G. Higgins, his many brother and sisters-in-law, and his nieces and nephews. Chip was born in Middletown, CT, and grew up in Chester, CT. He graduated from Boston University, and lived in Haddam, CT with his wife and family for 17 years before relocating to Cape Cod. He worked in the telecom industry as a sales engineer, and at the time of his death, worked for Cogent Co. as a senior sales engineer. Chip was a diligent, hard worker who always made family his number one priority. He was a lover of animals, and always enjoyed spending time outdoors, beach walks and sunsets. Funeral arrangements will be held privately, and a celebration of Chip’s life will be held at a later date.
