Obituary of Eva Rodriguez
Celebrating the life of Eva Rodriguez 57, after a brave battle with Pancreatic Cancer she entered the Kingdom of Heaven on September 3, 2019. Eva was born on March 27, 1962 in Houston, Texas. She is survived by her Son, Eric Lopez, daughter in Law Angelica, grandsons Noah, Luke, & Evan. Her father, Pablo Rodriguez Sr, Her brothers Pablo Jr. and wife Rebecca Rodriguez, Mario and wife Marie Rodriguez, Rey and wife Tina Rodriguez, and favorite and loving Sissy, Mary Ann Lopez. Numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her beloved Mami, Lola Rodriguez. Eva was a woman of faith and a lived a life of serving others. Eva's grandsons also known as Nana's sunshines along with her Son Eric were the pride and joy of her life. The legacy of Eva's kind spirit, loving heart, and selfless acts will live on through them. Eva loved her family deeply and was committed to always put them first. Making sure they knew she was always there for them and to encourage each and every one to achieve their highest potential. Eva lived to brighten the lives of others, she was an inspiration to all that knew her. Eva was a long time employee of Walgreens, and served the community she worked in through various charities. She gave many of her employees love, support, education, and most of all opportunity in all their endeavors. Eva loved to stay active, was an avid runner, and participated in many competitions with her Work of Art Fitness community. Eva will be remembered by her kind and beautiful smile, her compassion for others, and her ability to lead by example. The family will receive friends Sunday, September 8, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Grand View Funeral Home 8501 Spencer Hwy. Pasadena, Texas 77505. Memorial service will begin at 5:30 PM. in the funeral home chapel.
