Beloved husband of the late Sharon Annette VanAllen (2002). Dear father of Kelly Rankin of Ennismore, Joanne Livingstone (Jim) of Peterborough, Stephen Fairs (Tabitha) of Belleville and Kendra Fairs (Rod) of Buckhorn. Loving grandfather of Katie Wigmore (Darrin), Meghan, Andrew (Crystal), Jordan and Bailey Rankin, Shelbey, Cassidy and Shaelyn Livingstone, Nickolas, Karlie (Zach) and Brooke Fairs, Hunter, Colten and Sadie Ciccale. Great grandfather of Olivya and Gaige. Brother of the late Robert Fairs (Toots). Friends will be received at the COMSTOCK-KAYE LIFE CELEBRATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street on Tuesday July 24th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. The service will be held at ST.
