Lynn M. Kettlehut

Lynn M. Kettlehut, 75, passed away on July 26, 2019. She was with her husband and loving family members. Lynn was born on August 1, 1943 in Louisville, Kentucky. She moved to and grew up in Monterrey, Mexico. Went to boarding school in San Antonio, Texas and attended SMU College. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother. Lynn is survived by her husband, Allan Kettlehut, her three children, Carolyn Switzer, Tony Cariffe, Cameron Cariffe, her two stepdaughters, Vikki Kettlehut, Rachel Olson, and her four sisters, Susan Raleigh, Christina McDermott, Leslie Lewis, Bonnie Glover and their families. Last but not least by her faithful dog, Charlie. She loved playing tennis and bridge with her many friends as well as skiing and snowshoeing in the Colorado Mountains. She also loved to go fly fishing and traveling around the United States and Europe. In fact, Lynn loved everything about life including going to dinner with friends at new restaurants and enjoying a glass of wine or a margarita. Lynn's motto was “Not Without Me". She will be sorely missed by all that knew her. A Celebration of Life for Lynn will be held on August 24, 2019 at Acton United Methodist Church in Granbury, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to United Service Org., Inc. (USO) a non- profit supporting America's Troops and their Families.
