David W. Roberts

David W. Roberts of Chili, passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 70, with family by his side. He was predeceased by his mother, Dorothy Burdick; father, Albert Roberts; sister, Linda Woods; and brother, Michael Roberts. He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy (Burritt); children, David II, Steven, Paul, Lisa and Phillip Roberts; stepchildren, Lauren (David) Terry and Heather Carr; sister, Rebecca (Shawn) Campbell and brother, Tim (Kim) Kinton; 19 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; sisters & brothers-in-law, Sharon (George) Winter, Marcia Hunt, and Ken (Diane) Burritt, and many nieces and nephews. David was a retiree of Rochester Products (General Motors). He enjoyed watching the New York Yankees, Green Bay Packers, and the Buffalo Bills. He loved his family and enjoyed cook-outs and big Christmas celebrations. He also enjoyed all kinds of music, but especially Elvis Presley. Calling hours will be held from 4-7PM on Monday, October 7th, at the Funeral Home of ALVAH HALLORAN & SON, 2125 Chili Ave., Gates, where a Funeral Service will also be held at 10:00AM on Tuesday, October 8th, with Rev. Raymond Fleming officiating. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to UR Visiting Nurse Hospice or to Wilmot Cancer Center.
