Diane Williams, 68, of Texarkana, AR passed away September 23, 2019 in a local hospital. Mrs. Williams was born September 4, 1951 in Texarkana, AR.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Williams; and her daughter, Angela Dawson.
Survivors include her daughters, Destiny Williams and her better half, Earnest Wood and Jessica Williams; son, Darrell Dawson; sisters, Barbara Hines, Zonnie Mangum, Madean Hoover, Patricia Sutton and Bonnie Kirtley; and a brother, Ray Rateliff, Sr.
Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

Memorial Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at East Funeral Home - Downtown.
