Darrell Wayne Gordon

Thomasville, NC Darrell Wayne Gordon, 79, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. A celebration of Darrell's life will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 2pm at Thomasville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Shumaker officiating. Darrell was born in Davidson County on July 2, 1939, a son to the late Claude Ray Gordon and Minnie Scarlet Gordon. He was married to Geraldine Witcher Gordon and was employed with U.S. Furniture Industries for 45 years. Darrell is survived by his wife, Geraldine Gordon; daughter, Sherry Gordon Grubb; son, Shannon Dale Gordon; grandchildren, Peranda Caldwell, Shannon Dale Gordon II; three great grandchildren; four step children; three step grandchildren.
