Ilse Lucie Trippel

Passed away peacefully on July 7th, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario. Ilse is preceased by her loving and devoted husband Gunther, whom she spent 50 beautiful years with. Survived by loving children Bernard and Edward. Proud grandmother of Anna, Evan and Julia. Ilse was a devoted mother and wife who arrived with her husband by boat from Germany the year they were married. They settled and lived in the same home in Toronto from which they supported a cabinet making business and enabled their children the freedom to explore the outdoors. Ilse always treated those who visited her with kindness and respect and the family appreciates the wonderful care given to her by all those who passed through her life. A Celebration of life will be held at The Jerrett Funeral Home (1141 St. Clair Ave W., Toronto, ON. One block east of Dufferin St.) on Thursday, July 12th, 2018 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Private burial to take place Friday, July 12th, 2018. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Ilse.
