Emil M Hamilton

Emil M. Hamilton Passed away suddenly on June 9th 2018 he was 84 years old. Emil Was born to Earl and Ellen (Billups)Hamilton in the hills of Mount Zion in Greenup County Kentucky. He started his first business in South Portsmouth Kentucky at age 17 with his wife and high school sweetheart Norma (Stevenson). Throughout his life Emil had numerous successful businesses in many different cities his greatest thrill was to oversee the startup of a new business. When he wasn't working he enjoyed spending time with his family and caring for their many animals. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Norma, children Billy (Dolores) Hamilton and Tonya (Jesus)Lizarraga and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his sisters Neva Dean Clay and Florida Gene Ferguson and numerous nieces and nephews. Emil was preceded in death by his son Larry Hamilton. Emil will be remembered as a hard-working man who never backed away from a challenge. He was a great storyteller his laugh and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him.
