Nick Nicolas Sirsiris

Sirsiris, Nick, born Feb. 18, 1935 in Agrinion, Greece. Passed away peacefully on Jan. 3, 2019, ending it on his terms. He will be deeply missed by his loving family; Daughter Kathy (Santino), son George (Lena), grandchildren Alexandra, Nikolas and Emma. Survived by his devoted brother Stathi and many proud nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by siblings Lola, Jimmy, John and George. He will be best remembered for his knowledge of history, love for family, and making you feel “Like you were his favorite person in the world”. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 9th at 11:00 am at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 4500 Arbutus Street, Vancouver. Rev. Father Constantinos Economos officiating. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Burnaby. Special thanks to Villa Caritel for all their care and support especially all his girlfriends from Villa Venezia. In lieu of flowers, donations to either the St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
