David R. Sudbury

David Russell Sudbury, age 61, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019 in Waco, Texas. Graveside service will be Friday, June 28, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery in Marlin, Texas with Brother Lester Adams and Brother Billy Schulz officiating. Russell was born on April 18, 1958 to David Matthew and Peggy (Wiggleton) Sudbury in Waco, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Waco. Russell graduated from La Vega High School in 1976. He and his father worked in the Home Improvement Business for many years. He became a Christian at an early age. Russell enjoyed music, Dallas Cowboys, classic cars, and most of all, he loved life to the fullest. He was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind his sister, Cindy Sudbury Baber of Carrollton; nephews, Josh Baber and Austin Baber of Carrollton; aunts, Wanda Sudbury of Waco, Randa Ibsen of Waco, and Mary Frances Howard of Hewitt; numerous cousins.
