James Edward King

James E. King, 60, of Cleveland and Coshocton, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 12, 2019. He was a loving father, pop-pop, uncle, brother and Godfather to many. He was our MacGuyver, our rock, and our Dr. Phil. Jim was an avid hunter, angler, and Cleveland Indians, Browns and Cavs fan. He loved spending time with his grandkids, tinkering on projects at his retirement retreat, watching deer ‘up on his hill’, and pushing the limits on his tractor. He is survived by his children: Angie (Danno) Kishmarton, Jenny (Dennis) King, James King, and Kristin (Shawn) Smith; his grandchildren: Karter, Kahlan, Abby, Tyler, little Danno and Nicholas; his siblings: Patricia King, Debby King, Steve King, Becky King and Robbie King; his in-laws: Joe (Janet) Offredo, Lori (Dave) Angerer, Terri Meadows, Jamie (Lisa) Offredo, Becky (Jay) Lemasters; and longtime best friend, Tim Nelson. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Jim is preceded in death by his loving wife, Marie King (nee Offredo); his parents, Joan and Bob King; his sister, Sue King; his brother, Michael King; his in-laws: Joe and Margaret Offredo, Larry Offredo, Nick Offredo, and Jack Meadows. Friends and loved ones can join us in a Celebration of Life on Thursday, July 18th starting at 4pm followed by a short Memorial Service at 6:30pm at Holick-Craciun Funeral Home on 23040 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, Ohio.
