Dorothy Casler

Dorothy Casler, born December 13, 1926, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2018 at the age of 91 years. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents, Leo and Rosie Mowrey; husband, Lloyd Casler; daughter in infancy, Dorothy Marie; brothers and sisters, Wesley, Bernice, Jerry, Morley and Lois Mantei; great grandson, Kyle Huck and son-in-law, Norm Harding. Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Pat Harding; daughter, Diane (Blaise) Fornwald; son, Russell (Barb) Casler and son, Doug (Leanne) Casler; sister-in-law, Lavine Rivard; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Dorothy loved watching sports, she especially enjoyed the Blue Jays and was a big hockey fan. Dorothy also loved desserts of many kinds. She loved her children and her grandchildren and will be missed by many. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from the Royal Canadian, Branch No. 47, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Marjorie McLeod, CLA officiating. Interment will follow lunch at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Donations in memory of Dorothy may be made to Mainprize Manor at 206 South Road, Midale, Saskatchewan, S0C 1S0.
