George Johnston

JOHNSTON, George September 18, 1923 – March 15, 2019 95years. Passed away peacefully at the Erie Shores Healthcare on Friday, March 15, 2019. George is survived by his loving wife May Johnston of 73 years. Children, George Johnston (Janice), Marion (Bill Boivin) and Andrew Johnston (Diane). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. George immigrated with his family to Windsor, Ontario from Scotland in 1964 where they established their new home and have resided ever since. The family would like thank the staff at Iler Lodge for their exceptional care during Dad’s time there. Cremation has taken place as per George’s wishes. Memorial donations in honor of George can be made to The Alzheimer’s Society.
