Margaret Loretta Moore

92 years. Passed away on February 16, 2019. Predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Norman Moore (2014). Loving mother to Cheryl and husband Robert Oliver. Dear grandmother to Jennifer Oliver (Paul Menu). Fondly remembered by Courtney and Savanna. Predeceased by 3 brothers and 6 sisters. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Margaret was a longtime member of Church of the Ascension and an active member of the Prayer Shawl Group. She enjoyed golfing and loved to bake and knit. A special thank you to Beth Pitre, Barbara and George Orban, Kathy Koning from Amy’s Helping Hands, Samantha from Dr Saad’s Office and the nurses and Staff at 3 South Pallative Care, Emara Centre for the care and compassion provided to my mother. Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue (519-254-3223) on Thursday from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Prayers Thursday evening at 8 p.m. Margaret will then rest at Church of the Ascension, 1385 University Ave. West on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
