Obituary of Janet Normand
It is deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Janet Normand, age 92 on November 16, 2018 at the Maples Personal Care Home. Janet will be lovingly remembered by her children Niles, Charmaine, Charlene (Jorge), grandchildren Brandy (Darryl), Somer, Ryan, Curtis (Laura), Sean (Lisa), Adam, Kevin (Chantal), Danielle (Russell), Kelsey, great grandchildren Justin, Emily, Cameron, Riley, Lindsey, sisters Kay and Adeline and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Donat, daughter Kathy and daughter-in-law Patricia. Born in 1926 in Melrose, Manitoba and retired from Holy Family Nursing Home. Janet loved to cook and bake and her greatest enjoyment came from feeding her family. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Green Acres Funeral Home Highway 1 East at Navin Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba, viewing will take place one half hour prior. A special thank you to the staff at Maples Personal Care Home for the kind and helpful care.
