Inez was born to Frank and Jessie Price on Feb. 22, 1920 on the family dairy farm at Sintaluta, SK. She married Reg Bennett of Grenfell on November 12, 1943 and the moved to their farm southeast of Grenfell. In July of 1946 their son Murray was born, followed by daughter Sandra in August of 1950 and son Ray in June 1955. After buying an acreage beside town in 1951, Inez worked at various bookkeeping jobs in town through the years. Inez lived in her own house until the age of 97 and moved into Hayes Haven in Indian Head.
Inez enjoyed time at her cottage at Crooked Lake with family and friends. She loved her bingo nights and an odd trip to the Casino!
Her life revolved around her family and there wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for them. She was the glue that held our family together.
