She was the daughter of the late Joseph & Caroline (Sarno) Comizio. Jenny was the oldest of eight siblings born into a loving Italian family. Jenny married Frank D’Amato on January 5, 1946 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Yonkers, NY. Of course, she will also be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother. In her children, Jenny instilled a strong sense of purpose, character, and love of family. Jenny’s family is forever grateful for the care and compassion she received from the staff at the New York State Veterans Home at Montrose, and in particular, the Catskills Unit.
