Our thoughts and prayers go out to you Norma and your family. It was an honor to have worked alongside Silvestre on the EPUD board of directors. Silvestre truly loved serving his community. Whenever he would walk into the meetings,  he always greeted me with a smile, handshake and a pat on the shoulder. He will be sorely missed.

I just watched the tribute movie made about Silvestre. It was beautiful and very moving. I still can’t believe that he is gone. I am so very sad for you and your family.

Norma, I am so so sorry to hear that Silvestre passed away. It was such a shock to hear that sad news. Please know that you are on my heart and my mind. Rest In Peace Silvestre. Tell Keith I still think of him and miss him.🥲
